These terms cover this website and its local Try-it experience. Private-alpha access may include additional product terms and disclosures presented before use.
Using this site
By using this site, you agree to these terms. You may use it for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, probe it for unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or misuse its content or identity.
Try-it experience
The Try-it experience creates a local, structured preview from text in your browser. It does not call an AI model, create an account, or submit work to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another service. Its output is an illustrative template, not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.
Private-alpha requests
Requesting access does not guarantee admission, availability, or a particular feature. Access may be limited, supervised, changed, or withdrawn while the product is tested. Product-specific terms and privacy disclosures will control where they differ from these website terms.
Third-party services
References to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other products identify independent services. Prompify does not operate or endorse their terms, availability, outputs, or privacy practices. Your use of them remains subject to their own agreements.
Content and marks
The site, Prompify content, and associated visual identity are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy Prompify's branding, represent an affiliation, or use site content beyond ordinary viewing and evaluation without prior permission.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Prompify disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this public site. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so these limits apply only to the extent allowed there.
